In Tijuana, Baja California, life becomes unbearable for a woman who is constantly harassed by a neighbor. Seeking peace and a fresh start, she decides to leave everything behind and cross into the United States in hopes of building a safer life. After finding work, she slowly begins to uncover a horrifying truth: the people she works for are involved in abducting young girls, murdering them, and trafficking their organs.
