Fortunately, MARGARET got two copies in time. KWOK rents an office in Central despite the fact that he does not have enough money. The landlord breaks his promise and rents to another tenant. SIN sees that YING is very upset. She thus goes to the office to scare the potential tenant away. KWAN buys KWOK a gold watch. The relation between KWAN and KWOK improves. KWOK treats YING coldly. SIN thinks that YIN and MARGARET are dating. SIN changes YIN`s gift to a white jade bracelet. White jade bracelet means love. MAGARET is glad. YIN knows that it is SIN`s deed. YIN immediately explains to MARGARET. MARGARET is very disappointed.
