Instructing YUK-KAM to lure away KAI-KEI, TO YUNG moves the medicinal materials out. With NGAI CHUN reporting to TUN-YU that someone is engaged in smuggling, KAI-CHUNG goes together with NGAI CHUN to arrest the criminal.
