First they look at an abandoned warehouse that has been turned into a chic oasis. Next they'll head to a hundred and twenty-five year old church that is now a quiet sanctuary. And finally, they visit an old junkyard garage, complete with a tower overlooking the city! The renovation that is deemed the most livable while still keeping in theme with the property type will win a big cash prize.
