Seeing that CHI-WING sprains his ankle, TSOI-YEH tells him to go to the hospital to have a checkup. However, CHI-WING refuses to do so, therefore, TSOI-YEH suggests that CHI-WING should go to a health care centre. With TSOI-YEH asking LAI-MAN about how to treat Alzheimer's disease, PEI-TAK treats CHI-WING with acupuncture while LAI-MAN gives him a stepping-on-back massage, making CHI-WING feel unspeakably miserable.
