John Craven is in the West Country investigating why raw sewage is being allowed to pollute the seas just off some of our most popular resorts. And he discovers that cleaning up our coast isn't as straightforward as it sounds. Jules Hudson is all at sea with a team of women rowers determined to get into the record books.
