As the administration prepares to implement new security and communication protocols in the hospital due to the rising incidents of violence against healthcare workers, Ilgaz and Neslihan take action to rid themselves of İnan forever. Meanwhile, the condition of a young patient whose diagnosis remains elusive continues to worsen despite all interventions, and İnan's instincts—now that he can no longer officially practice medicine—give the case an entirely new direction.
