The Emperor Adviser, MAN, objects the General, TIN, to kill the dragon as it would raise hatred and revenge. The Dragon King, WONG, bets with MAN that it will not rain. WONG`s wife goes to make rain lest MAN would be blamed by the Emperor of the Heaven. However, TIN shoots her. MAN uses a silver needle to treat her wound and save her three babies. WONG wants to arrange a prenatal betrothal between the two families as a token of appreciation. TIN makes WONG very angry and leads to a natural disaster. TIN`s wife is dead. MAN does not know that CHU and TSUI are TIN`s son and daughter. He saves the two babies and died. MEI, MAN's wife, remembers that MAN had told her that human being and dragon cannot unite in marriage. MEI brought up CHU, TSUI and her own child, HEI. HEI sets up a medical clinic and CHU sets up a Martial Art Training House. WONG is degraded to be in charge of a small lake.… ...
