When Claire invites him to dinner, Elly is surprised to learn that it's Max! Elly tells Claire that she can't have Max as a boyfriend. Bob tells George and Paul about Harley, he is arrested and doesn't dob Sonny in. He is locked up in the cells and refuses Bob help of bail. When Ernie hears about Abby's visa he has his doubts about marrying her - leaving Abby to leave Westside.
