Cornwall, the call of the sea and Steve Brown beckon a young, water-loving couple who are looking to escape to the coastal county with their young daughter. They have £620,000 to spend on their new Cornish home. Steve also gets the chance to take to the water with a sailing school who support people of all abilities to develop their nautical know-how.
