Septime is a Michelin-starred restaurant started fifteen years ago by friends Bertrand Grébaut and Théophile Pourriat. Bertrand is the chef, and Théo runs the wine and the service. About seven years ago, Clovis took Action here, and it has been a mandatory meal every time Action is in town.
