When young filmmaker Shantanu approaches her for an intimate culinary documentary, Nirmala is forced to confront years of internalised shame. Through cooking, storytelling, and an affirming gaze, she rediscovers her body, desire, and voice. As the kitchen becomes a space of quiet rebellion, Nirmala reclaims confidence, pleasure, and self-worth—on her own terms.
