LEUNG is beaten in the election and feels very disappointed. KEI has obviously changed his friendly attitude towards LEUNG now that he has risen to become the new Chairman. LEUNG comes to know what kind of person KEI really is. KEI sets up a new shop next to LEUNG’s also to sell high-class audio equipment, thus becoming one of LEUNG’s competitors. KEI offers MR. CHAN, the authorized agent for audio speakers, a very attractive package in order to replace LEUNG as the sole agent for the products. To retain his status as the sole agent, LEUNG promises MR. CHAN that he will try his very best to maximize the sales of speakers within the time specified. MING and LAM arrive at Apliu Street to prepare for the filming.
