KING-CHANG meets up with CHEUNG KEUNG before the trial, and he expresses that he is looking forward to seeing him at court. At the beginning of the trial, WING-LAM is called as the first witness. While CHEUNG KEUNG is very pushy, KING-CHANG stands his ground. Late at night, WAI-LEUNG meets up with HO-TIN and reveals KING-CHANG's intention which is to make him one of the members in charge of the market of greater China, but HO-TIN rejects the offer.
