Meanwhile, Sportacus gets energetic with a special push-up for his super move of the day and Stephanie shows Trixie how to drink from a coconut. Mayor offers some helpful advice to Stingy after Stingy eats too much candy. Sportacus shows us how to move like a robot and Robbie Rotten makes his secret recipe for the most energetic drink in the whole world.
