A strange metamorphosis occurred with Boris Fadeev, an operative from the Moscow Department of Internal Affairs. He has alcohol problems, depression, and a difficult family situation. A quiet fighter against police paperwork, whose main task was to shift responsibility from himself to others and do nothing, is transformed beyond recognition. Now Boris is vigorously taking on the most dangerous cases, constantly putting his life in danger.
