After separated with his girlfriend CHEUNG PIK FUN, chef LAM YAT KONG returns to Hong Kong from abroad and decides to set up his own restaurant. However, his plan cannot be actualized due to unexpected circumstances. KONG’s neighbor KEI TIN MAN is a supervisor in a security company. After his wife’s death, MAN has taken up the role of looking after his three children. MAN always spoils his youngest son CHUNG MING and his eldest daughter HOI SUM and second daughter MEI LAI are dissatisfied about it. SIT SHUI works as a renovation worker, hawker, and operates parallel imports store at the same time. One evening, LAI who works in the Customs misconceives SHUI as a seller of pirated goods. Although it is proved to be a mistake, both of them have built up a bad impression of each other. KONG discovers that his second brother YEE YEUNG has borrowed a huge sum of money from the Lending Company……
