As Halloween descends on Staten Island, things get tricky when both Ramona and Drita plan bashes to celebrate on the same night. After an explosive couples counseling session, Renee and Junior are haunted by their past. Karen and Carla attempt to rekindle their friendship. When Renee and Carla are confronted with the dueling parties, they are once again faced with making decisions that may betray loyalties. Big Ang struggles with monkey business at her bar.
