Move, dance and exercise along! Today Nana coaxes everyone, even Mr. Wooka, to the backyard for some exercise. Things get serious when a game of musical chairs gets started, and Mr. Wooka puts on a puppet show about an active penguin who helps a lazy polar bear get in shape. Nana reads a story about a jumpy frog who likes to get moving, but everyone knows the best way to exercise is to dance!
