Brad tells Chris, who asks considering coaching Hudson, that's hard to combine with his new job as gym manager and hopeless given Josh's attitude. Chris, Kyle and grandma Sheila are surprised that the plumbing gets fixed by their new landlord: Paul, who still gets anything but gratitude from Kate, for supposed meddling. The worst news is for Lucas: Paul withdraws even the meager offer to buy his house and insists on timely apartment payment.
