Hirasaka Ryuji has successfully trained two nurses, Nanase Ren and Shinjo Reimi, into sex slaves. However, he has found a new candidate nurse for the "special ward", Fujisawa Ako, who works at a pharmacy. Ako is an excellent subject, but her fear of men keeps Ryuji away, and he is initially unable to find her "weak point." However, Ryuji accidentally eavesdrops on Ako's phone call and learns her secret. "Well, I'll teach you about the world, men, and the real you, Miss Ako of Fujisawa Pharmaceuticals." In Ryuji's cunning scheme Ako is framed for stealing a new drug, and now she is helpless and broken, engulfed in a whirlpool of perverse pleasure. Another pure angel is degraded.
