After learning that SHING-TIN will sell all the company shares of Ban Yan Supermarket, CHIANG YUEN plans to acquire it. However, he needs a lot of money and he decides to find a partner. However, the earrings have been changed into a diamond ring and he proposes marriage to SHAN-SHAN.
