Arab backers are now telling Arafat to give up the gun and start talking. With the PLO in crisis Arafat admits to Panorama he now has few cards left to play. And, with the PLO's fighters scattered across the Middle East, Gavin Hewitt reports on how Palestinians in Israeli-occupied Gaza and the West Bank are no longer looking to the PLO but to themselves for resistance.
