Laurie and John's stately century home has been in her family for generations. But it's also the family nest egg, and now that Laurie's parents are ready to retire, the property has to be sold and the profits shared. Drew and Jonathan come up with a plan to secure everyone's future. In order to sell their current house at a premium, Jonathan tackles a much-needed update and uncovers a potentially lethal hazard in the process. Meanwhile, Drew promises to find the couple a perfect new family home, but that means downsizing their expectations and compromising on location.
