With their children's education on the line, Kathy and Michael need to move or their daughters will have to change schools. And in order to buy into the exclusive neighboring school district, the couple will have to sell their current home for top dollar. The only problem is the property is nowhere near the top of its class. Jonathan takes charge of the renovations, overhauling the home's tired interiors and transforming the dated kitchen into a culinary showpiece. Meanwhile, Drew leads the couple on an exhaustive search for their forever home. Kathy and Michael are determined to find the perfect house, but soon discover they'll need to be flexible with either the property or the price tag.
