A new candy seller has set up shop outside the school. His candies are a hit as the candy wrappers have stick-on tattoos inside. The tatoos have become a real hit with the kids as well as the teachers. Kris is not really interested in the tattoos, he just wants the candies and gives the tattoos to his friends.
