Jess finds this completely absurd-no sex, no pregnancy. But Gisela persuades her to take a test. Could it still be true? Meanwhile, Lou has to come to terms with a bitter truth: her desire for a child remains unfulfilled for now; she isn’t pregnant. Despite the disappointment, she finds strength in being there for Bella, who continues to suffer from Victoria’s rejection. When Bella remembers a magical moment with Elyas, she spontaneously seeks him out-and experiences a nasty surprise. After Victoria’s unexpected purchase of the tech campus, she offers Richard and Daniel positions at the EmKa. Daniel indignantly refuses, but Richard accepts. He secretly harbors his own plan: he wants to take over the EmKa completely.
