She spontaneously decides to buy the Askanier Park after all. Jorik is horrified. Mo puts pressure on Julius’ spontaneous marriage proposal. Julius blames himself - he actually only wanted to express his happiness. He then gives Mo a symbolic gift, which Mo happily accepts. The city is planning a new park project on a green area that belongs to farmer Knut Petersen. But the stubborn farmer refuses to sell. Franka senses a good job and wants to convince Knut so that the city will give her the contract in return. But at the last moment Franka cancels the meeting when she realizes that Knut is an old ex-lover of hers. On the other hand, Simon manages to make a deal with farmer Knut: his chicks can stay on the farm if he works a few hours on the farm.
