But when Lou learns that Daniel has already offered Jess the informal «du» (the German equivalent of «you» used with friends and family), she feels it’s a step too far. Valerie and Simon are having more than a casual fling, but less than a committed relationship. Suddenly, Valerie is suffering from intense food cravings, and a pregnancy test confirms her worst fears: she’s pregnant. Julius has to come to terms with the fact that Mo is in a relationship with a much younger man in Parma, who also happens to be incredibly handsome. Richard takes advantage of Julius’s despair and seduces him, only to later brutally tell him that Julius is just a pleasant pastime for him. Mo, of all people, overhears the humiliating rejection.
