They arrive at a battlefield where the revolutionary army, led by the military genius Kirinji, fights an army of grotesque "Core Beasts." The team offers to fight alongside Kirinji's forces. Amidst the conflict, Yakumo notices a heavy burden that Rinne is secretly grappling with.
