Hau Chuen has got a contract of Shiu Tai’s company, however, they have conflicts on their work. As a result, Hau Chuen reveals Shiu Tai’s bad records of gambling in the past to the reporters and the reporters all make a detailed report. Shiu Tai is very angry and he sues Hau Chuen for his false accusation. Chin Long goes to beg Shiu Tai's pardon, however, Shiu Tai rejects him. Hau Chuen is so impulsive that he strikes Shiu Tai with his fist. The misunderstanding between them is deepen. Hau Chuen fears that he will be put in jail and he is very anxious and uneasy.
