Keith Lemon challenges cosplayer Jason, former prison officer Wendy, aspiring prosthetics make-up artist Holly and product design graduate Tabbs to create animal headdresses with articulated moving parts, in a bid to be picked to go through to create a one-off craft for their celebrity client, comedian Katherine Ryan. With the help of quality controllers Harriet Vine MBE and Zak Khchai, Keith chooses the best three to craft for Katherine, who wants a catropolis, or cat house, for her beloved feline.
