In the signature challenge, they tackle chocolate-covered bars with the perfect snap, then take a trip to Italy for a tricky technical bake. Finally, the bakers are tasked with creating a showstopping and highly decorative 3D cookie box that’s strong and sturdy enough to hold two dozen identical cookies within it.
