Süleyman wants him brought back alive, while Selim secretly pushes for his death and scrambles to secure the bribe that will deliver Bayezid to him. Mihrimah makes a last attempt to save her brother, but betrayal closes in. When a final glimmer of hope appears, Bayezid realizes the man awaiting him means there is no escape—and he walks to his death with his sons.
