The final episode of the Micallef Programme contains all the traditional, cliched elements we've come to expect in the final episodes of comedy series - a transvestite on ice skates, a man holding a goose, and a firing squad. In this episode, Shaun's eclectic comedy ranges across diverse topics, from cruelty towards children right through to cruelty towards the elderly.
