Meanwhile, Gabriele, an infiltrator in the Malinconico clan, helps Vitale make a crucial discovery. Sciacca is suspended and undergoes medical tests. The team investigates a serial killer who murders young women after forcing them to use cocaine. Gabriele discovers the body of Benni's girlfriend and confides in Vitale, revealing his connection to Malinconico. His true identity as an infiltrator is thus revealed. Meanwhile, Bianca struggles to manage the crisis with her ex-partner and her son.
