Kim's father is killed in a hit and run accident. Pang refuses to let her be part of the investigation. Herb and Alan are assigned to it instead. Alan keeps her updated about the case. Mike tries to comfort her. The Yeo family fight over the father's property. With no will, everyone is squabbling for a share of the estate. The brothers don't think Ah Heng deserves a share. Lena shows up too. Kim talks to her, finds out her father's secret life. Kim feels sorry for her and gives her some money.
