Back at his lab, Simon will be sure that he will win even with two votes - by making sure nobody else votes. Simon tries a series of rays on Cad that affect his mood, such as crying and relaxing, but each time Cad whatsoever makes his way to the voting machine and pulls the lever down to vote. Meanwhile, as Underdog tries to lift the Leaning Tower of Pisa when it falls, Sweet Polly Purebred arrives to Underdog the news. At last, Simon has the perfect weapon to make sure no one votes, a ray that tickles with feathers causing Cad to laugh hysterically.
