Every single person of that village is addicted to ‘Powder’, a chemical substance. For this reason, none of them is normal, mentally or physically. For example, their tongues turned to dark black. Afzal and his assistant Mizan went to Patalia to get an idea about the potential market of “Powder” there. But things got out of control immediately after they reached there. What did Afzal and Mizan actually face in Patalia? Could they return safely?
