In order to deal a blow to Chung Shun, Si Ki makes a suggestion to Tze Him and urges him to introduce KY youngsters fashion to Hong Kong market. Tze Him is interested in this project and a large sum of money is earmarked for this project. As there is large-scaled promotion campaign for the KY fashion, the business of “Color Turtle” is affected. Chung Shun mortgages his factory to the bank in order to raise money. He starts a new line "Small Turtle” to face with Si Ki's challenge. Chun Fat and Yu Yuk conceal their relation to their family members and their love grows very fast. Once, they lose their way when they are hiking. After this incident, their relation is exposed to the others. Siu Kwan meets one of his friends Wong who is a secretary in the so1icitor's firm. Wong reminds Siu Kwan that he has written a letter which states that he has sold the factory to Chung Shun. Through this, he can claim to have a share of Yu Lin's shares……
